A pencil drawing of my Belgian Malinois, also known as “Chuckie Monster!”

Left: Its hard to give character and life to a creature that looks like a hairy potato but with effort and movement, it can be done.
Center: Yellow Lab (pencil drawing) Labrador Retrievers are gentle dogs with innate curiosity.
Right: Scratchboard drawing of a dog. His name was “Harry” Scratch board is an unusual technique where a treated board is coated with ink and the picture is scratched out. It’s like working in reverse as the color is there and the detail is removed for the end result of a pleasing drawing.

This is a pencil drawing of my first dog, a Tibetan Terrier mix named, “Harry.”
I’ve been told he looks sad. This is because the drawing was done after he passed away and broke my heart.
Note: The above drawings are not for sale (NFS).
